Calgary Public Library Foundation

Inventing the future of libraries

The Calgary Public Library Foundation supports the Library through fundraising.

The Library Foundation connects and inspires donors to support Calgary Public Library’s programs and services beyond their core funding. Many programs, services, and spaces are realized entirely through donor support.

Since 2013, the Library Foundation has raised more than $80 million in support of Calgary Public Library. Our donors are helping propel the Library to be an inspirational pillar of our community and a global leader in library innovation.

Book Donations

Calgary Public Library does not accept physical book donations, with the exception of books by local authors or about the history of southern Alberta.
