Early Learning Centres are Vibrant and Interactive Spaces

At libraries across the city, there are Early Learning Centres that offer opportunities for kids ages zero to five to learn, play, and take part in activities and games. Each Early Learning Centre, built around a distinct concept, is designed to be flexible, open-ended, and fun.

Making Space for Learners of All Ages

Libraries are welcoming community spaces where early learners and their caregivers can learn, play, and connect. The Library’s early learning spaces, collections, and programs are thoughtfully designed to support young children as they grow, build language and literacy skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
