In 2025, Calgary marks its 150th anniversary, and in this presentation, we will meet a very significant Calgarian. “Willie” McKnight was the most outstanding Canadian ace in the first half of the Second World War. His short, outstanding career is the stuff of clickbait. Meet the young man who McKnight Boulevard is named for.
