Participate in the Alberta Reads Provincial Book Club

The Alberta Reads Provincial Book Club, from the Book Publishers Association of Alberta, and championed by the Minister of Culture, Multiculturalism, and Status of Women, is a new, province-wide book club to profile the rich culture of books published in this province.

The fourth book club title is Pourin' Down Rain: A Black Woman Claims Her Place in the Canadian West, a coming of age memoir by Cheryl Foggo that is celebrating its 30th anniversary.

Check out the book with your Library card using the Read Alberta eBooks eResource, and then visit the Alberta Reads Provincial Book Club webpage for discussion questions and more information.
