Get Ready for the Ultimate Summer Challenge!

The Challenge is simple — read every day this summer.

Everyone can be part of the Ultimate Summer Challenge. This shared reading adventure is a great way to connect, discover, and keep learning through the summer months.

From July 1 to August 31, read, attend programs, explore new stories, and have fun at the Library as part of the Ultimate Summer Challenge.

How to Register

Ready to join the adventure? Sign up to officially join the Challenge and be eligible for prizes.

Once you've created your account and completed your reader profile, you're ready for the Ultimate Summer Challenge!

Ways to Participate

Fill Out a Map

Pick up a summer in the mountains themed Challenge map at any Library location or Download the Challenge Map to print out. For every seven days of reading, visit your Library to pick up a new sticker for your map.

Keep Track of Your Reading

All summer long, track your reading every day in Beanstack.

Share With Your Community

Head to your Library and share your progress, show off your map, participate in scavenger hunts, and fill out your badge to display.

Don't forget to tag us online and use #UltimateSummerChallenge.

Ultimate Summer Challenge Summer Kickoff Events

Teachers, the Ultimate Summer Challenge is back and so are our kickoff events! At these virtual kickoff events, students can learn how to participate in the Challenge, the prizes they can win, and the incredible programs and services that will be at the Library this summer. Plus, they will discover some great reads so they can grow their summer reading list.
